  • What you’re responsible for:
    You remain responsible for your own legal work, client relationships, and compliance with GDPR, Office of the data comissioner(kenya) and professional rules. You must keep logins secure, handle client data lawfully, and review any content before it goes live.

  • What we’re not:
    We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice, guarantees of results, or promises of new clients, rankings, or revenue.

  • Privacy & data:
    You own your data. We host and process it securely as an Operator under POPIA, and you act as the Responsible Party for all client information stored in the system.
